There’s something special about intimate gatherings. The kind where every detail is intentional and every guest feels seen.
Over the past year, we’ve welcomed a wide range of micro and small events into the Loft. Think baby showers filled with soft florals and handmade cakes, intimate dinner parties under candlelight, cozy bridal showers, pop-ups for local brands, and off-site strategy days that spark new ideas.
We’ve been lucky to host teams like CAA Niagara for their small events and off-sites, and local wineries like Black Bank Hill and Malivoire who used the Loft for tasting experiences. We’ve hosted beautiful bridal showers and welcomed brides to get ready for their weddings in our space. The space has also played a backdrop to small business owners bringing their visions to life, from curated vendor markets to client appreciation events.

If you’re thinking about hosting your own micro event, here are a few tips:
Keep your guest list intimate. The space is perfect for up to 25–30 people with furniture, or 40-50 people with furniture removed.
Bring in your favourites. We have a preferred vendor list—from florists and bakers to rental companies—to make planning simple and stress-free.
Take your time. With full day rentals, you can slow down and enjoy the moments without rushing setup or teardown.
